Charbay Killin' it at Clock Bar SF

This just in from Marco D. (you rock Marco!!) at the newest Michael Mina concept in San Francisco:

"I just pulled the numbers so I could talk to Cheers mag about vodka and got a surprise: The Persephone in 3 months surpassed all other house cocktails, including those that have been on the menu since we opened 8 months ago!"

Making you thirsty? Here's the recipe!

PERSEPHONE
2 oz Charbay Pomegranate
¾ oz pomegranate juice
¼ oz house-made grenadine
½ oz prosecco
cocktail glass
lime peel

Shake first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with prosecco and garnish with lime peel.

Suddenly my mouth is watering and I'm daydreaming about a nicely chilled cocktail... mmmmmmm....
